Logo setup is £9.99 as a one-off, and it is free from 5 garments upward. It is charged once for the logo, not once per garment.

Yes. For decorated work you approve the artwork proof before we run it, and what you approve is what we make.

Yes, in house. There is a portfolio of previous logo work on the site, and the print and embroidery portfolio shows what comes off the machines.

Embroidery runs from £2.60 each at 250 garments, up to £5.49 for a single one. Print runs from £2.30 each at 250, up to £4.75 for one. All ex VAT. Every product page shows the exact figure for the quantity you are buying.

Per position, per garment. A left chest and a back on the same garment are two positions, so they are charged twice.

Plain stock is 3 to 5 working days. Printed or embroidered is 10 to 14 working days, because decoration happens in our own studio and the extra time is production rather than postage. Orders placed before 2pm start the same working day.

Standard is £5.00 ex VAT, 3 to 5 working days. Express is £9.99 ex VAT. Delivery is free over £99 ex VAT. The delivery page has the full detail.

Plain, undecorated stock, yes: within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Not for a change of mind, because it was made for you. It is fully covered for faults: if the garment or the decoration is wrong or defective we will redo it, replace it or refund it. The returns policy sets out both cases.

Yes, for 12 months of normal wear and washing, following the garment’s care label. If a logo cracks, peels or unravels in that time we will put it right. Our guarantee covers the garments too.
