How do I know a suit covers the chemical I am handling?

By the protection Type it declares and by the permeation data for that substance. Suit types run from Type 1 for gas tight down to Type 6 for limited splash. A suit described as chemical resistant with no Type and no data behind it is not a specification. Read the substance safety data sheet first.

Are these reusable?

Some of this range is and some is not, and it is the individual product that says which. Contaminated single use suits are waste, not laundry.
