Plain (undecorated) items

Changed your mind? Send plain stock back within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging — for a refund or exchange. This lines up with your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for consumers buying online.

Decorated or personalised items

Anything printed or embroidered to your order is made for you, so it can't be returned for a change of mind. It is fully covered for faults: if the garment or the decoration is wrong or defective, we'll redo it, replace it or refund it — our Guarantee has the detail.

Faulty goods

Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of anything above: within 30 days you're entitled to a full refund; after that, a repair or replacement. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

How to start a return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and what you'd like to return.
• We'll confirm the return address and next steps within one working day.
• Refunds land within 14 days of the goods reaching us, to your original payment method.

Return postage is on us when an item is faulty or our mistake; for change-of-mind returns the postage is yours.
