Orders

An order (online, by email or by phone) is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm it or start work, whichever is first. For decorated work you approve the artwork proof before we run it — what you approve is what we make. Trade accounts are activated once authorised by our team.

Prices & payment

Prices are in GBP. Where a price is shown ex-VAT it says so; VAT is always itemised at checkout and on invoices. Obvious pricing errors don't bind us — we'll tell you and you can reconfirm or cancel. Payment is at checkout unless you hold an approved credit account, in which case our agreed terms apply.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith; decorated orders depend on artwork approval. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment in full.

Returns & faults

See our Returns Policy and Guarantee — both form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law says can't be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses (e.g. lost profit) in business purchases.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction (consumers keep any rights to bring claims where they live). If one clause turns out unenforceable, the rest still stand.
