Our Guarantee

We only sell kit we'd put our own name on — literally, it's decorated in our own workshop. So the guarantee is simple:

The garments

Every garment is covered against manufacturing defects. If a seam, zip or fabric fails in normal use where it clearly shouldn't have, we'll replace it.

The decoration

Our print and embroidery is guaranteed for 12 months of normal wear and washing (follow the garment's care label). If your logo cracks, peels or unravels in that time, we'll redo the item.

If we get it wrong

Wrong item, wrong size shipped, wrong logo, misprint — tell us and we'll redo it, replace it or refund it, at your pace, with return postage on us.

Claims: email sales@bay38.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them.
