What size kit does my workplace need?
It follows from your first aid needs assessment rather than from headcount alone, taking in the hazards, the number of people and how far you are from help. British Standard BS 8599-1 sets small, medium and large kit contents, and vehicle kits are covered separately.
Who is responsible for restocking it?
The employer. A kit with the plasters used up fails at the moment it matters, so someone needs a date in the diary to check it.
