Workwear — common questions
Straight answers about what we stock, how it is sold and which standard applies.
What is the difference between workwear and hi vis?
Workwear is the everyday layer with no visibility certification. Hi vis is certified to EN ISO 20471 and is what you wear where you need to be seen. Many jobs need both, and the certified garments are listed separately under Hi Vis.
Can I get my logo on it?
Yes. Clothing House prints and embroiders in its own UK studio rather than sending decoration out. Decorated orders take 10 to 14 working days, counted from the moment you approve the artwork rather than from the order date. Plain stock ships in 3 to 5 working days.
Are the prices trade prices?
Yes. Clothing House sells to trade, so every price on the site is shown ex VAT and VAT is added at checkout. Standard delivery is £6 inc VAT and is free over £150 inc VAT.
