Delivery

How long it takes

• Plain stock — 3 to 5 working days.
• Printed or embroidered — 10 to 14 working days. Decoration happens in our own studio, so the extra time is production rather than postage.

Orders placed before 2pm start the same working day. Orders after that, or at a weekend, start the next one. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

What it costs

• Standard — £5.00 + VAT (£6.00 inc VAT), 3 to 5 working days.
• Express — £9.99 + VAT (£11.99 inc VAT), 2 to 3 working days.
• Free standard delivery on orders over £150 ex VAT (£180 inc VAT).

Express shortens the postage, not the production. A decorated order still needs its 10 to 14 working days in the studio before it ships.

Where we deliver

UK mainland. If you are in the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, email us before ordering and we will confirm carriage and timing for your postcode.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link the moment it is dispatched. If the tracking has not moved in two working days, tell us and we will chase the carrier rather than asking you to.

Something wrong with the delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, short, or does not arrive at all, email sales@bay38.com with your order number. Carriage problems are ours to sort out, not yours. Returns are covered separately in our Returns Policy.
