Everything you do on this site — browsing, your account, and checkout — runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Nothing about your visit travels in the open.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest and most heavily audited payment providers (certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard). Your card details go directly from your browser to Stripe — they never touch our servers and we never see or store them.

We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay, which add another layer: your real card number is never even shared with Stripe, only a one-time encrypted token approved on your own device.

Your account

Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes — nobody at Clothing House can read them. New trade accounts are individually reviewed and authorised by our team before they're activated.
