What is the difference between EN ISO 11611 and EN ISO 11612?

11611 is the welding standard and covers spatter and short contact with a flame, split into Class 1 for lighter processes and Class 2 for heavier ones. 11612 is the general heat and flame standard and is coded by letter for what it resists: A for limited flame spread, B convective heat, C radiant heat, D molten aluminium, E molten iron. A welding coverall usually carries both.

Is a flame retardant coverall still FR after washing?

On the ranges here the flame retardancy is inherent to the fibre rather than a finish applied on top, so it does not wash out over the life of the garment. What does ruin it is the wrong detergent, fabric softener or bleach, and contamination with oil or solvent, which will burn even when the fabric will not. Follow the care label on the specific garment.

Do you stock disposable coveralls?

Yes, in PPE rather than here. Disposable Coveralls covers Type 5 and Type 6 protective suits to EN ISO 13982-1 and EN 13034, which is a different job from a reusable cotton or FR coverall.
