We take reasonable steps to keep the website available, but are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed promptly. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days and no later than 30 days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

 

7. Cancellations & Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, notify us within 14 days. Return goods within 14 days in original, re-saleable condition with tags/packaging. Returns are at your cost unless faulty or supplied in error. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

 

8. Exceptions

  • Customised or branded goods (unless faulty).
  • Hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed.
  • Goods worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.

 

9. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement (or refund if not possible). Your statutory rights are unaffected.

 

10. Exchanges

Exchanges are available on eligible non-customised items in “as new” condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or purchase of goods, except where required by UK law. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury due to negligence.

 

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
