We want you to love your purchase from Clothing House. If you’re not completely happy, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order. Subject to the criteria below, we’ll refund the product price (excluding postage and processing costs, unless otherwise required by law).

Every item is made to order using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art digital printing. We take pride in our craftsmanship and your experience.

What’s not covered

Please note that certain circumstances are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer during the creation process.
  • Incorrect user-selected options (e.g., product type, colour, or size).
  • Normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery:
  2. Include your order number, photos (if relevant), and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility under this Guarantee.

Refunds & processing time

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Postage and processing costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval (provider timelines may vary).
