Clothing House Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We are committed to delivering high-quality garments and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our returns and exchange process is designed to be fair, transparent, and responsive.

 

1. Plain (Non-Customised) Garments

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return.
  • Goods must then be returned within 14 days of notification.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in fully re-saleable condition with tags intact and in the original packaging.
  • Care must be taken when trying on clothing: please avoid make-up, fragrance, deodorant or anything that could leave marks or odours.
  • Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface. Footwear returned without its box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that are not returned in saleable condition, are damaged, worn, soiled or altered.
  • A full refund or exchange will be offered upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

 

2. Customised Garments (Embroidery / Print)

  • As these garments are made to order, they are generally non-returnable unless faulty or where an error has occurred on our part.
  • Claims relating to faults or errors must be made within 7 working days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to speed up resolution.
  • Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

3. Categories Not Accepted for Return

  • Goods that are sterile, single use, or body-worn.
  • Goods damaged due to misuse or unauthorised repair.
  • Opened or partly used goods, or items with seals/labels removed.
  • Goods damaged by fire, water, or smoke.
  • Garments that have been branded or customised, unless found to be faulty.

 

4. Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer an exchange on eligible plain items returned in “as new” condition.
  • Shipping costs for exchanged products will be at the customer’s expense, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

 

5. Returns Process & Courier Support

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense, unless due to an error on our part.
  • We can assist with arranging return shipping through our courier partners or you may use your own courier if preferred.
  • Please ensure your return includes your proof of purchase (order number or invoice) inside the parcel.

 

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method, or you may request an exchange or credit note.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
